Feedback on Thorness Bay Holiday Park?

The park was ideal for us as a family with grandparents, parents and child. We found that there was plenty to do on the park as it offered excellent play facilities for my son (aged 10). This included play park, football pitches, swimming pool with slide and basketball. We also had some lovely walks down to and along the beach.

The bar/ restaurant was alright for a cheap meal. We had breakfast there every morning… a full English breakfast for only a few pounds… bargain! This helped to set us up for the day’s exploring.

In the evening, there was entertainment on the park, including bingo.

Had a nice lunch in the bar and went to see a couple of shows, which were good. Very nice area, close to Cowes.

Feedback on Caravan?

The caravan was large enough four five (four adults and one child). It had a good size lounge/kitchen area and a nice shower room. The plot was lovely, with great views across the Solent.

A really comfortable caravan with a nice kitchen. Kids loved the DVD player, can we book in for next year?

Feedback on Area (What did you do)?

We’ve never been to the Isle of Wight before and loved it. The best bit was Shanklin Beach, where we went three days in a row. We had a great meal at The Little White Mouse pub in Chale. If you have kids, go to Black Gang Chine.
