Essex's coastline, from the seaside resort of Mersea Island and the Blackwater Estuary to Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze, is among the most accessible for owners from Greater London and the East of England. Parks in this area tend to be well-priced and offer practical, no-fuss ownership with easy access from the capital.
