Save on Pitch Fees
Pitch fees are free for the 2026 season on selected holiday homes only. Pitch fees for the 2027 season are billed in advance in September 2026. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2026 at applicable parks - this forms part of your 2027 pitch fees.
£500 towards Gas and Electricity
£500 credit will be placed on the owner’s account.
£3,000 Deposit Contribution
£3,000 Deposit Contribution available when purchasing outright and with finance.
Available on selected New Stock Holiday Homes & Lodges across all of our Park Holiday UK Limited parks and Park Leisure Resorts.

Offer available to New and Existing Customers from 24th November until 14 January 2026. The £3,000 Finance Deposit Contribution is in addition to our standard deposit criteria of a minimum 10% or £3,000 and is subject to a successful finance application and purchase with one of our chosen lenders or a £3,000 cash equivalent discount when funding the purchase yourself and cannot be combined, one contribution payment offer per purchase and customer.
