Promotional Period: This offer commences on 14.10.26 and runs for exactly 30 consecutive calendar days, concluding at 23:59 on 15.11.26. 2. Eligibility & Completion: To qualify for any discount or site fee incentive under this promotion, the purchase of a qualifying holiday home must be fully completed, with all required paperwork signed and cleared funds received by Harrison Holidays, within the 30-day promotional period. 3. Holiday Home Discounts: • Brand-New Units: A discount of £3,000 will be applied against the listed price of any eligible brand-new holiday home. • Pre-Owned Units: A discount of £1,500 will be applied against the listed price of any eligible pre-owned holiday home. 4. Additional £500 Rainy Day Incentive: • An additional discount of £500 is available where visible rainfall occurs at the designated holiday park during the customer's official viewing appointment. • Rainfall must occur on-site during the viewing appointment itself. Weather conditions in adjacent areas, prior forecasts, or rainfall occurring before or after the designated appointment time do not qualify. • The presence of rain must be observed, verified, and signed off in person by the Harrison Holidays sales advisor conducting the viewing at that time. • The additional £500 discount must be recorded directly onto the official sales reservation paperwork during the visit to be valid. 5. 2027 Site Fees Included: Standard site fees for the 2027 season are included as part of qualifying completions under this promotion. This covers standard park site fees only and excludes insurance, utilities, decking, connection charges, or optional services unless explicitly agreed in writing. Pitch fees for following seasons will revert to the standard prevailing rates. 6. General Conditions: • This offer is subject to holiday home availability and pitch selection across participating Harrison Holidays parks. • Discounts and incentives are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash alternative. • This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount, or concurrent marketing offer unless stated otherwise in writing by Harrison Holidays management. • Harrison Holidays reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
