Monthly price is based on the purchase of a Victory Ashberry 2 or 3 bed and inclusive of Front Verandah at an average price of £6,500, with a combined price of £46,495 available at: Blue Dolphin, Craig Tara, Far Grange, Haggerston Castle, Hafan Y Mor, Lakeland, Marton Mere, Orchards, Reighton Sands, Cleethorpes Beach, Wild Duck, Church Farm. Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible Haven caravan owners a guaranteed preferential letting income. The income level is reset each year by Haven to a preferential rate in exchange for the owner providing a stipulated number and type of letting breaks (peak, off-peak) as set out in the application documents for each year. Instead of site fees being due annually, it allows eligible owners to pay site fees and receive letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee is charged after deduction of letting income. Caravan eligibility criteria: (i) the caravan must be a new Victory Ashberry 3 bed or any other silver grade 3 bed holiday home in Haven's Hand Picked for You Range; (ii) the caravan must have been purchased directly from the Haven group; (iii) the Let2offset contract must be signed at the time of caravan purchase. The letting income will vary by make, model and park location but Haven guarantees the difference between site fees and Let2offset income will be £150 or less per month. The monthly site fees payment does not include caravan running costs (utilities, rates, insurance), which remain payable by the owner on demand. Let2offset is not applicable to caravans purchased by private sale and cannot be used with our Free Site Fees promotion. This offer is independent of any other Haven promotions.
