New holiday homes from £268 per month – UPDATED 24 June 2026
Holiday home price is based on a new 3-bedroom ABI New Horizon holiday home and includes siting, connections and standard accessories.
Representative finance example. Holiday home cash price £29,995, less deposit of £8,998.50, gives a loan amount of £20,996.50. 120 monthly payments of £268.27. Total charge for credit £11,196.32. Total amount payable £41,191.32 which includes the deposit amount. The interest rate is 5.33% fixed / 9.6% APR (representative)
As at 24 June 2026, price is available at the following parks: Berwick, Blue Dolphin, Cardigan View, Church Farm, Cleethorpes Beach, Combe Haven, Craig Tara, Doniford Bay, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Golden Sands, Greenacres, Hafan Y Mor, Haggerston Castle, Lakeland, Marton Mere, Orchards, Presthaven, Primrose Valley, Quay West, Reighton Sands, Rockley Park, Thornwick Bay, Wild Duck and Weymouth Bay. Price can be withdrawn at any time.
Let2offset
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible Haven caravan owners a guaranteed preferential letting income. The income level is reset each year by Haven to a preferential rate in exchange for the owner providing a stipulated number and type of letting breaks (i.e. peak, off-peak) as set out in the application documents for each year. Instead of site fees being due annually, it allows eligible owners to pay site fees and receive letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee is charged after deduction of letting income.
"Waterfront Site Fees from £150 p/m or less with Let2Offset" is only available at these Haven parks: Blue Dolphin, Haggerston Castle, Marton Mere, Orchards, Reighton Sands, Skegness, Cleethorpes Beach, Church Farm, Doniford Bay, Devon Cliffs, Hopton, Perran Sands, Golden Sands, Primrose Valley. This offer reflects the position as at 22nd January 2026 and £150 p/m or less is guaranteed only for 2026. Site fees and letting income are both subject to annual changes.
The caravan eligibility criteria for this offer are:
(i) the caravan must be a new Victory Ashberry 3 bed or any other "silver grade" 3 bed holiday home: https://www.haven.com/caravans-for-sale/ranges in Haven’s "Hand Picked for You Range"; and
(ii) the caravan must have been purchased directly from the Haven group; and
(iii) Let2offset contract must be signed at the time of caravan purchase.
The letting income will vary by make, model and park location but Haven guarantees that the difference between site fees and Let2offset income will be £150 or less per month. The monthly site fees payment does not include caravan running costs (e.g. utilities, rates & insurance) which remain payable by the owner on demand. The Let2offset arrangement is not applicable to caravans purchased by private sale and cannot be used in conjunction with our Free Site Fees promotion.
This offer is independent of any other promotions or offers issued by Haven from time to time.
An example of how "Waterfront Site Fees from £150 p/m or less with Let2Offset" operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 bed 2026 holiday home at Haven Devon Cliffs with a monthly site fee of £1,333.75 (includes purchasing discount of £45.00 and monthly letting income guaranteed by Let2offset of £1,165.42). The monthly difference equates to £123.33 over the full year, which will be payable by the owner. The monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in this example are based on 2026 figures.
