New holiday homes from £268 per month. UPDATED 24 June 2026. Holiday home price is based on a new 3-bedroom ABI New Horizon holiday home and includes siting, connections and standard accessories. Representative finance example: holiday home cash price £29,995, less deposit of £8,998.50, gives a loan amount of £20,996.50. 120 monthly payments of £268.27. Total charge for credit £11,196.32. Total amount payable £41,191.32 which includes the deposit amount. The interest rate is 5.33% fixed / 9.6% APR (representative). Price can be withdrawn at any time. Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible Haven caravan owners a guaranteed preferential letting income. The income level is reset each year by Haven to a preferential rate in exchange for the owner providing a stipulated number and type of letting breaks (peak, off-peak) as set out in the application documents for each year. Instead of site fees being due annually, eligible owners pay site fees and receive letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee is charged after deduction of letting income. Site fees from £100 p/m or less with Let2Offset is only available at these Haven parks: Berwick, Caister-On-Sea, Hafan Y Mor, Littlesea, Thornwick, Wild Duck. This offer reflects the position as of the 1st of this month and £100 p/m or less is guaranteed only for 2026. Site fees and letting income are both subject to annual changes. Caravan eligibility criteria: (i) the caravan must be a new ABI New Horizon 3 bed or other bronze grade 3 bed holiday home in Haven's Hand Picked for You Range; (ii) the caravan must have been purchased directly from the Haven group; and (iii) the Let2offset contract must be signed at the time of caravan purchase. Letting income will vary by make, model and park location but Haven guarantees the difference between site fees and Let2offset income will be £100 or less per month. The monthly site fees payment does not include caravan running costs (e.g. utilities, rates and insurance), which remain payable by the owner on demand. The Let2offset arrangement is not applicable to caravans purchased by private sale and cannot be used in conjunction with our Free Site Fees promotion. This offer is independent of any other promotions or offers issued by Haven from time to time. Example: purchase of an ABI New Horizon 3 bed 2026 holiday home at Haven Caister-On-Sea with a monthly site fee of £625.42 (includes purchasing discount of £45.00 and monthly letting income guaranteed by Let2offset of £508.92); the monthly difference equates to £71.50 over the full year, payable by the owner.
