Free Pitch Fees until 2028 on selected caravans and lodges.

Terms and Conditions 1. This offer is open to new customers who purchase a selected holiday home between 7 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 (inclusive). Part-exchanges are excluded. 2. New customers are customers who do not own, or have never previously owned, a holiday home on a holiday park operated by Parkdean Resorts. 3. New customers who take up this offer will not pay any pitch fees for the 2027 season. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer applies to the 2027 season only. 4. For the avoidance of doubt, customers will be responsible for full pitch fees for the 2028 season onwards at the then current rates for their selected pitch. The 2028 season pitch fees will be billed in late 2027. 5. This offer is available across all pitches and all parks that offer holiday home ownership, subject to pitch availability. 6. The holiday homes included within this offer are those : (i) marked with the tagline ‘Free Pitch Fees until 2028’ on our website; or (ii) displaying a vinyl poster in the window stating ‘Free Pitch Fees until 2028’. These holiday homes are subject to change at the discretion of Parkdean Resorts. 7. This offer is personal to the customer. If a customer sells their holiday home privately, the new owner of the holiday home may be required to pay a part, or all, of the 2027 pitch fees as applicable. 8. As well as the cost of the holiday home itself, customers will also have to pay all other costs associated with the holiday home, including but not limited to any costs normally charged in connection with running costs including insurance, electricity, gas, local authority rates and the maintenance of the holiday home such as winterisation and compulsory safety checks. 9. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. 10. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the purchase of their holiday home. 11. Customers will be required to sign a combined sale and licence agreement. A sample copy can be provided on request. 12. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 13. This offer will be governed by English law and customers agree that the English courts will have the exclusive ability to deal with any disputes. 14.
