4-month payment holiday for new customers

4-month payment holiday for new customers purchasing a new holiday home between 29 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 Long Terms 1. A four (4) month payment holiday is available for new customers who purchase a new holiday home and, as part of the purchase, enter into a selected finance agreement with Propensio Finance Limited between 29 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 (inclusive). 2. The first payment under the selected finance agreement will be deferred by four (4) calendar months from the date of the finance agreement. The precise payment dates will be included within the credit agreement. 3. Customers must have been referred to Propensio Finance Limited by Parkdean Resorts. 4. This offer is available across all pitches and all parks that offer holiday home ownership, subject to pitch availability. 5. All customers will be required to sign a combined sale and licence agreement when purchasing a holiday home. A sample copy can be provided on request. 7. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 8. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the purchase of their holiday home. 9.
