Reluctantly we have decided to sell our luxury caravan due to an increase in workload. More photos on request. Available now for viewing.


We have owned it from new in 2021 and have personally looked after it and kept it clean to a high standard.

The caravan is being sold with all the contents and numerous white bedding sets for all the beds and the sofa bed. All pillows, duvets, mattress and pillow protectors are included.

The master bedroom boasts a double ottoman bed, which is great for storing bedding and cleaning kit. It has a double wardrobe with 2 drawers beneath and 8 fitted clothes hangers. There are 2 bedside cabinets with integral modern lamps over and plug and USB points. There is a dressing table with mirror and shelves and cupboards with a hairdryer and an additional full-length mirror. The curtains, tie backs and voile match the décor and the cushions and bedrunner.

The shower room has a large, modern shower, vanity unit with a mirror and cupboards above and below the basin and a toilet. The room has a extractor fan that can be switched off if not required. There are hooks for towels/bathrobes on the rear of the door. There is a grey metal venetian blind at the window.

There is a separate toilet with a vanity unit including a mirror. There are 2 hooks on the rear of the door and a grey metal venetian blind at the window.

The first of the twin bedrooms has a bedside cabinet between the beds with a modern integral light and plug and USB ports. There is a single wardrobe with 2 drawers beneath and 6 fitted clothes hangers. The dressing area has a vanity unit with a large mirror, plug sockets and shelving. The curtains, tie backs and voile match the cushions and bed runners.

The second twin room has a gentleman’s wardrobe with 6 fitted clothes hangers. The curtains, tie backs and voile match the cushions and bed runners. Beneath the beds are the ironing board and a large clothes airer.

In the hallway, there is a built-in cupboard housing the gas boiler that operates the central heating and hot water.

The living space is open plan and provides a light airy and spacious feel. The kitchen is loaded with full-size appliances including an integral microwave, integral washing machine, integral dishwasher, built in oven, grill and hob with extractor fan above and an integral fridge freezer. The décor is modern and tasteful and coordinated with the luxury fabric covered chairs and dining table. There are numerous cupboards and drawers housing crockery, cutlery, glass wear, cooking utensils and equipment for catering and dining for 8 people. The is a tall cupboard housing cleaning appliances including a dyson vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush and broom. There is a radiator airer and iron also. The 2 kitchen windows have grey metal venetian blinds.

The lounge has a 2-seater sofa and a matching 3 seater sofa bed. There are coordinating scatter cushions. There is a coffee table with a shelf beneath, a tall lamp, a fireplace with a modern gas fire and mirror above the mantel. The TV and DVD are on a corner cabinet with DVDs and books stored for all the family to enjoy. There is a large basket with a lid for shoes to be stored. All the 4 windows in the lounge and the French doors have curtains, tie backs and voile to match the décor.

The French doors lead onto the decking for dining al fresco or resting in the sun. The deck has a lockable gate leading to steps down to the front/side of the caravan. This provides peace of mind for guests staying with young children or toddlers. The deck is illuminated by halogen lighting along the roof edge of the caravan over the decking. There is also a lamp above the caravan name sign. There is an all-weather rattan dining set (new in 2023) with shower proof outdoor seat pads and scatter cushions.

The caravan has a key-safe fitted. An alarm system that is managed for the cost of £100pa. The buyer can choose not to have this feature.

Basic WIFI is accessible free from the caravan. Upgrading the wifi for streaming films or to add extra devices is possible for a fee. All information is on a laminated sheet in the caravan.

All current site charges are available through this website by request.

In addition, if the buyer wishes to remain on the site, annual caravan insurance is a requirement. This costs around £240.00 pa.

Please note that the trees shown on the decking are not included in the price as they have sadly died.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE OF SALE IS NEGOTIABLE AND IF THE BUYER CHOOSES TO MOVE THE CARAVAN TO A DIFFERENT SITE, A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN. If this is the intention of the buyer, Park Dean will move the caravan from its current pitch and bring it to the front of the park for collection by the buyers’ transportation company. This can only be done via prior arrangement at a time convenient to the park and with the transport company.

The sale of this caravan will take place at the site sales office with the buyers and owners present.
